Unfortunately, we cannot add more products to a placed order. However, you can place a new order for the additional products.
For some colors and sizes, we can offer express production, which usually cuts delivery time in half.

No, unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO boxes. A physical address is required.

Yes, you can choose to save your payment details via the NETS payment solution for faster payment next time. It is completely secure and encrypted.
If your payment does not go through, please try again, choose another payment method (e.g. Swish or credit card instead of invoice) or contact us and we will help you.
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation sent to your e-mail address when the payment is completed. Depending on the payment method, you will also receive a receipt from NETS.

Design & layout
We recommend that your image has at least 300 dpi (pixels per inch) to ensure sharp and clear prints.
We accept most common formats such as PNG, JPEG, PDF, EPS and AI (Adobe Illustrator).
Make sure that your design contrasts well with the color of the t-shirt and that the size of the design is adapted to the measurements of the garment.
Yes, if you upload a PNG file with a transparent background, only the design itself will be printed without a background color.
It depends on the product, but we give size recommendations when you upload your design. Bigger is usually better, as it gives more flexibility when printing.
You’ll get a preview of your design on the product before you finalize the order, so you can see how it will look.
A safety margin is an area around the design that is left blank to ensure that no important parts are cut when printed. We recommend keeping important details within the safety margin.
Yes, you can upload a ready-made design in the correct format or use our “Designs / Templates ” in the design editor.
